Michael Ginsberg
Founder & CEO
Michael Ginsberg is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business, earning his Master’s in International Business with certificates in New Venture Creation and Global Strategic Management. Prior to that, Michael earned his BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Administration.
Upon completion of his Master’s degree, Michael moved to Las Vegas, NV to work in Project Development for hospitality giant, The Light Group, spearheading the framework of multiple business development projects in efforts to expand the company’s portfolio of nightlife, daylife, and culinary offerings.
Michael would soon take his experience and knowledge from Las Vegas back to his hometown of South Florida, as the Beverage Manager for Delano South Beach. It was here that Michael teamed with Nicholas to launch South Beach Syrup – and forever change the landscape of cocktails across South Florida.
Michael would go on to oversee beverage programs at SLS South Beach, Edition Miami Beach, and Courtside Club at Kaseya Center. In the process, continued expansion of South Beach Syrup would take place, reaching new markets and launching new product sku’s to further increase the company’s portfolio. Michael currently serves as South Beach Syrup’s CEO, overseeing all day-to-day operations including manufacturing, product development, distribution, sales, marketing, and finance.
Nicholas Kiraly
Founder
Nicholas pursued his passion for business by attending Flagler College and the University of Central Florida. It was during this time that he began to hone his skills in hospitality while working in a variety of roles at many of Orlando’s most popular food and beverage establishments.
After college with his expertise in hospitality, Nicholas would soon embark on a new journey as a consultant, opening hotels, nightclubs, and restaurants up and down the East Coast. He proved his proficiency in every aspect of hospitality, operating in management roles for a number of large venues before eventually opening and operating a lounge of his own.
Later, Nicholas joined the Light Group, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage Outlets for the iconic Delano South Beach. During his tenure with the Las Vegas-based group, he identified the need for premium cocktail syrups and founded The South Beach Syrup Co. The company would go on to produce a line of many successful products, including a Wasabi Bloody Mary Mix and Florida’s first Agave Spirit, known as Florida Kush.
As a founding member of The South Beach Syrup Co., Nicholas continues to drive the company’s growth while spearheading the efforts in sales, marketing, and product development.
Jacob Bereson

Jake embarked on his sales career while diligently pursuing his degree at the University of Central Florida, simultaneously earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications while showcasing exceptional talent as the lead sales manager for a prominent telecommunications company. It was here that he redefined customer satisfaction and achieved remarkable sales records, setting new benchmarks within the industry. Upon completing his studies, Jake ventured into the vibrant domains of hospitality and entertainment, culminating in his remarkable journey as an operating partner at South Beach Syrup. Drawing from over 15 years in sales expertise, Jake’s innovative approach to building relationships and partnerships focuses on both nurturing existing connections and forging new ones, all while upholding unwavering dedication and exceptional service.
As a competitive runner, Jake grasps the significance of a forward-looking approach while skillfully balancing the lessons learned from past experiences. Jake utilizes this approach to generate successful opportunities within the evolving landscape of the food and beverage industry.
